Every candidate goes through structured interviews with real companies registered on the platform. The feedback is auditable, tied to a verified user, and becomes part of the profile's public history. We don't rely on self-assessment.
It's a score from 0 to 100 generated from performance, consistency, the quality of feedback received, and engagement. The score can be shared publicly via your Passport — even outside of hiring processes — as proof of reputation.
Signal Tokens earned from reviewed interviews are traded for partner courses in the Aval catalog — from technical training to certifications. Every course you redeem strengthens your profile and can go into your Passport.
Companies deposit an escrow guarantee per interview before starting each process. If the structured feedback isn't sent within 7 business days, the amount is automatically released to the candidate. There's no mandatory monthly subscription in the MVP.
Your public Passport only shows the information you authorize. Sensitive fields (full name, tax ID, phone) never appear on public pages. You can revoke profile publication at any time in /candidate/settings.
